Libeco Amherst Flax Red Linen Apron

I'm off to buy ingredients to bake my mom's Cowboy Cookies. Here is the recipe if you want a new spin on chocolate chip cookies.

Have a great day!

Cowboy Cookies

2 c. flour (sifted*)

1 t. baking soda

1/2 t. salt

1/2 t. baking powder

1 c. shortening

1 c. sugar

1 c. brown sugar

2 eggs

1 t. vanilla

2 c. oatmeal

1 12 ounce pkg. chocolate chips

Cream shortening, sugar, and brown sugar. Add eggs, and beat until fluffy. Mix flour, baking soda, salt, and baking powder, and add to mixture. Add vanilla, oatmeal, and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake at 350 for approximately 9 minutes. Enjoy!

  1. Hi Heather,
Love to see our Belgian linen on blogs! All the linen I used in our home, as for the window treatments and the sofa slipcovers are from Libeco!
Love that apron! I have a tablecloth in that fabric!
    xx
